The AESOP 2020 Congress " will be held 7 – 11 July 2020, at Bristol.

The congress theme is focused around the concept of boundaries and connections.  There is a pertinence to this globally, and also within the UK and Bristol, but this theme is one that translates across disciplines, theories, and themes.  In all of our areas of work it is possible to reflect upon and consider the existence and manifestation of both boundaries and connections; these may be challenges, or equally positive opportunities. The theme can be translated across scales, translated however applicable to our respective work areas.

But also across perspective: The congress theme is able to provide a lens through which both challenges and positive action can be considered and explored.  Each track will be able to align with, and generate traction to, the overarching conference theme, with opportunities for each track, and indeed each paper, to create additional definition and clarity within their own areas of interest/focus.

At a time of global challenge and transition, AESOP 2020 creates a space and opportunity for discourse exploration, debate, insight, and knowledge exchange.
